Order Processing and Shipping Information
Estimated Delivery Time: Customers can expect to receive their products within 5-11 business days after their payment has been received and their order has been processed.

Order Production: Your purchase will be placed in our queue for two hours after payment before it is produced.. You have this window of time to amend the order’s information or cancel it. It usually takes 1-3 business days for production.
Orders placed after: 5pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time: The 4–8 business day delivery window is only an estimate; actual delivery times may differ. Every shipment includes a tracking link so that clients may view the progress of their deliveries.

- US and International Shipping: Free Shipping*
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address: Orders that are not delivered because the customer supplied inaccurate or insufficient information are not our responsibility. Items that are returned to us may be reshipped at the following costs, with updated and correct shipping information:
- $7 for re-ship to US per item
- $10 for re-ship globally per item
Multiple Addresses and PO Boxes: We only provide shipping to a single shipping address. Kindly place separate orders for each area you would like your items shipped to. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes are accepted for shipping.
VAT Taxes: In the case of overseas shipping, we do not collect tax. The recipient is liable for all taxes and levies. Customers are recommended to contact local customs for further information as VAT costs may differ by country.
